Any request for late check-out is subject to room availability and management approval.
Extension to or after 3:00 PM will incur a nominal charge of RM 100 per room.

Electricity

Power on the island is supplied by generator.
There will be a daily power cut-off from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM for maintenance checks.

Smoking and Cooking

Smoking and cooking are strictly prohibited in rooms
A fine of RM200 applies for violations

Guests must check in at the Mersing Office by 12:00 PM for departure
The resort will not be held responsible for delays or missed transfers due to weather, tides, or third-party transportation
Guests who miss the scheduled boat must arrange their own charter at their own cost
