Day 1: Arrival & Island Welcome
Your island escape begins as you arrive independently at Mersing Jetty via flight, express bus, or private car. Guests must arrive at least 40 minutes before the 9:00 AM scheduled departure. Public parking is available at the jetty for your convenience. Board your boat for the scenic 9:00 AM transfer to Alun Alun Island Resort. Upon arrival, complete check-in formalities. Enjoy a free afternoon to settle in and explore the resort. Dinner is included this evening at the Alun Alun Restaurant.
Day 2: Resort Relaxation & Culinary Delights
Begin with a hearty included breakfast at the Alun Alun Restaurant. Enjoy a full day of leisure - relax by the pool, stroll the shoreline, or discover the island's natural beauty. Lunch is included at the restaurant. The afternoon remains free for your personal enjoyment. Savour another included dinner this evening, followed by time to soak in the tranquil island ambiance.
Day 3: Departure
After a final included breakfast at the Alun Alun Restaurant, complete check-out procedures. Depart the resort via the 11:30 AM scheduled boat transfer back to Mersing Jetty. From here, continue your onward journey independently, concluding your island getaway.

The room is subject to availability.
All confirmed reservations will be valid only by a written confirmation via email.
Guest are required to provide full name and NRIC in order to submit to the relevant Marine Authority.
A 30% non-refundable booking deposit is required upon confirmation.
The balance payment (70%) must be made not later than 21 days before the arrival date. The reservation agent will send a reminder via email 1 week before the due date to make the balance payment.
Failure to do so, the reservation agent reserves the right to cancel your booking with full charge automatically.
The resort does not accede to refunds in full or in part of any cancellation. Only change of booking date with no time limit is allowed and subject to room availability and current price.
Any no-show/shorten stay/early departure for any sort of reason shall be imposed a full amount of the total booking. Guests are not allowed to amend the booking if their scheduled arrival dates changed and the room was not occupied. Careful attention should be paid to avoid this situation.
Pulaubesarjohor.com shall be relieved of its obligations hereunder in the event and to the extent its performance of this agreement is delayed or prevented in whole or in part by any cause beyond its control including, without limitation, acts of God, change of laws, war, civil, unrest, fire, flood, earthquake or explosion, sale, nationalization or expropriation of the hotel, necessary and essential construction to the hotel, world pandemic, and world lockdown, seizure of the hotel under legal process, strikes, lockouts or work stoppages or any other circumstances beyond the control of the hotel that makes impossible for the hotel to operate fully or partially.
