Day 1: Arrival & Evening Relaxation
Begin your island escape by arriving independently at Mersing Jetty via flight, express bus, or private car. Guests must arrive at least 40 minutes before the 9:00 AM scheduled departure. Public parking is available at the jetty. Board the scenic 9:00 AM boat transfer to Alun Alun Island Resort. Upon arrival, complete check-in formalities and enjoy a free afternoon to explore the resort's lush surroundings or unwind. In the evening, savour your first included dinner at the Alun Alun Restaurant, followed by leisure time to enjoy the peaceful ambiance.
Day 2: Leisure and Culinary Delights
Wake to a satisfying included breakfast at the Alun Alun Restaurant. Enjoy a full day at leisure - explore serene grounds, relax by the water, or immerse yourself in island tranquillity (lunch at own expense). As evening falls, indulge in another included dinner at the restaurant, followed by free time to enjoy the island atmosphere.
Day 3: Farewell to Paradise
Your final day begins with an included breakfast at the Alun Alun Restaurant. After breakfast, complete check-out procedures. Depart via the 11:30 AM scheduled boat transfer back to Mersing Jetty. This concludes your service, leaving you with cherished memories of your rejuvenating island escape as you continue your onward journey independently.

The rates quoted are in Ringgit Malaysia (RM).
The room is subject to availability.
All confirmed reservations will be valid only by a written confirmation via email.
Guest are required to provide full name and NRIC in order to submit to the relevant Marine Authority.
A 30% non-refundable booking deposit is required upon confirmation.
The balance payment (70%) must be made not later than 21 days before the arrival date. The reservation agent will send a reminder via email 1 week before the due date to make the balance payment.
Failure to do so, the reservation agent reserves the right to cancel your booking with full charge automatically.
The resort does not accede to refunds in full or in part of any cancellation. Only change of booking date with no time limit is allowed and subject to room availability and current price.
Any no-show/shorten stay/early departure for any sort of reason shall be imposed a full amount of the total booking. Guests are not allowed to amend the booking if their scheduled arrival dates changed and the room was not occupied. Careful attention should be paid to avoid this situation.
Pulaubesarjohor.com shall be relieved of its obligations hereunder in the event and to the extent its performance of this agreement is delayed or prevented in whole or in part by any cause beyond its control including, without limitation, acts of God, change of laws, war, civil, unrest, fire, flood, earthquake or explosion, sale, nationalization or expropriation of the hotel, necessary and essential construction to the hotel, world pandemic, and world lockdown, seizure of the hotel under legal process, strikes, lockouts or work stoppages or any other circumstances beyond the control of the hotel that makes impossible for the hotel to operate fully or partially.
