Package Itinerary
Day 1: Arrival & Island Welcome
Your island adventure begins as you arrive by flight, express bus, or self-drive. Please be at Mersing Jetty at least 40 minutes before departure to catch your scenic boat transfer to Alun Alun Island Resort. Once you arrive, enjoy a delightful welcome lunch that sets the tone for your tropical escape, then check in and spend the rest of the day at your leisure—exploring the lush surroundings or simply unwinding in your serene retreat.
Day 2: A Day of Leisure and Exploration
Start your day with a satisfying breakfast at the Alun Alun Restaurant, where you can savor local flavors in a charming setting. With the entire day free for you, take the opportunity to explore the resort, relax by the water, or enjoy any activity that calls to your spirit of adventure. This day is all about enjoying the island at your own pace.
Day 3: Farewell to Paradise
On your final day, begin with another hearty breakfast at the Alun Alun Restaurant, cherishing the last moments of island hospitality. After breakfast, check out and prepare for your journey home with a smooth transfer to the jetty. A scenic boat ride brings you back to Mersing, marking the end of your service and leaving you with memories of a rejuvenating escape in paradise.
Sea Transfer Information
Guests are advised to arrive at Mersing Jetty at least 40 minutes before the scheduled departure time on the day of departure. Public parking is available at Mersing Jetty for your convenience. Please plan your journey accordingly to ensure a smooth boarding process.

Any additional expenses not specifically listed in the package inclusions will be the responsibility of the guest.

Children Policy
Children aged 4 to 11 years (age determined on the check-in date) will be charged the applicable children's rate.
Infants aged 0 to 3 years stay free of charge.
Terms & Conditons
General Policy
The rates quoted are in Ringgit Malaysia (RM).
The room is subject to availability.
Reservation Policy
All confirmed reservations will be valid only by a written confirmation via email.
Guest are required to provide full name and NRIC in order to submit to the relevant Marine Authority.
Payment Policy
A 30% non-refundable booking deposit is required upon confirmation.
The balance payment (70%) must be made not later than 21 days before the arrival date. The reservation agent will send a reminder via email 1 week before the due date to make the balance payment.
Failure to do so, the reservation agent reserves the right to cancel your booking with full charge automatically.
Booking & Cancellation Policy
The resort does not accede to refunds in full or in part of any cancellation. Only change of booking date with no time limit is allowed and subject to room availability and current price.
No Show/Shorten Stay/Early Departure
Any no-show/shorten stay/early departure for any sort of reason shall be imposed a full amount of the total booking. Guests are not allowed to amend the booking if their scheduled arrival dates changed and the room was not occupied. Careful attention should be paid to avoid this situation.
Force Majure Policy
Pulaubesarjohor.com shall be relieved of its obligations hereunder in the event and to the extent its performance of this agreement is delayed or prevented in whole or in part by any cause beyond its control including, without limitation, acts of God, change of laws, war, civil, unrest, fire, flood, earthquake or explosion, sale, nationalization or expropriation of the hotel, necessary and essential construction to the hotel, world pandemic, and world lockdown, seizure of the hotel under legal process, strikes, lockouts or work stoppages or any other circumstances beyond the control of the hotel that makes impossible for the hotel to operate fully or partially.
