This is a flexible package with no meals included, allowing guests to dine and plan activities independently. Spend your time at leisure, relaxing by the pool, strolling along the beach, or exploring the island surroundings.

Departure
Before 10:00 AM: Complete hotel check-out
10:30 AM: Boat departure back to Mersing Jetty
Onward: Continue your journey independently

All rates stated are in Ringgit Malaysia (RM).

Room Availability
All rooms are subject to availability at the time of booking.

Booking Confirmation
A booking is only deemed confirmed upon issuance of a written confirmation via email by the reservation agent or the resort.

Guest Information
Guests are required to provide their full name and NRIC number for submission to the relevant Marine Authority.

Booking Deposit
A non-refundable booking deposit of 30% is required upon confirmation.

Balance Payment
The remaining 70% of the total payment must be settled no later than 21 days prior to the arrival date. The reservation agent will issue an email reminder one week before the payment deadline.

Failure to Settle Balance Payment
Failure to make the balance payment within the specified timeline grants the reservation agent the right to cancel the booking automatically and impose full charges.

Cancellation and Refund Policy
The resort does not provide refunds, whether in full or in part, for any cancellation. Only a change of travel dates is permitted without time limitation, subject to room availability and prevailing rates.

No-Show, Shortened Stay, and Early Departure
Any no-show, shortened stay, or early departure for any reason shall be charged the full amount of the total booking. Guests are not permitted to amend the booking if their arrival date changes and the room remains unoccupied. Proper attention must be exercised to avoid such situations.

Force Majeure
Pulaubesarjohor.com shall be released from its obligations under these terms in the event that its performance is delayed or prevented, in whole or in part, by circumstances beyond its control, including but not limited to acts of God, changes in law, war, civil unrest, fire, flood, earthquake, explosion, sale, nationalization or expropriation of the hotel, essential construction works at the hotel, global pandemics, worldwide lockdowns, seizure of the hotel under legal process, strikes, lockouts, work stoppages, or any other circumstances beyond the hotel’s control that render full or partial operation impossible.
