Itinerary

Day 1: Arrival & Island Welcome

  • Before 11:30 AM: Arrive independently at Mersing Jetty (please arrive 30 minutes before departure)

  • 12:00 PM: Boat departure to Alun Alun Island Resort, Pulau Besar

  • On Arrival: Check-in formalities and enjoy free time to explore the resort or relax by the beach

  • Afternoon: Leisure time to unwind, enjoy the island scenery, or explore resort facilities

  • Evening: Free evening for personal enjoyment


Day 2: Leisure and Relaxation

  • Morning: Included Set Breakfast at the Alun Alun Restaurant

  • Daytime: Free day at leisure – relax by the pool, explore the island, or enjoy resort activities

  • Afternoon & Evening: Free time to enjoy the island at your own pace


Day 3: A Fond Farewell

  • Morning: Included Set Breakfast at the Alun Alun Restaurant

  • Before 10:00 AM: Hotel Check-out

  • 10:30 AM: Boat departure back to Mersing Jetty (please arrive at the jetty 30 minutes before departure)

  • Onward: Continue your journey independently

Terms & Conditions

  1. The rates quoted are in Ringgit Malaysia (RM).

  2. The room is subject to availability.

  3. All confirmed reservations will be valid only by a written confirmation via email.

  4. Guest are required to provide full name and NRIC in order to submit to the relevant Marine Authority.

  5. A 30% non-refundable booking deposit is required upon confirmation.

  6. The balance payment (70%) must be made not later than 21 days before the arrival date. The reservation agent will send a reminder via email 1 week before the due date to make the balance payment.

  7. Failure to do so, the reservation agent reserves the right to cancel your booking with full charge automatically.

  8. The resort does not accede to refunds in full or in part of any cancellation. Only change of booking date with no time limit is allowed and subject to room availability and current price.

  9. Any no-show/shorten stay/early departure for any sort of reason shall be imposed a full amount of the total booking. Guests are not allowed to amend the booking if their scheduled arrival dates changed and the room was not occupied. Careful attention should be paid to avoid this situation.

  10. Pulaubesarjohor.com shall be relieved of its obligations hereunder in the event and to the extent its performance of this agreement is delayed or prevented in whole or in part by any cause beyond its control including, without limitation, acts of God, change of laws, war, civil, unrest, fire, flood, earthquake or explosion, sale, nationalization or expropriation of the hotel, necessary and essential construction to the hotel, world pandemic, and world lockdown, seizure of the hotel under legal process, strikes, lockouts or work stoppages or any other circumstances beyond the control of the hotel that makes impossible for the hotel to operate fully or partially.
