Package Itinerary
Day 1: Arrival and Island Welcome
Begin your tropical escape as you arrive via flight, express bus, or self-drive. Upon reaching Mersing Jetty, please be there at least 40 minutes before departure - a scenic boat transfer awaits to carry you to the enchanting Bayu Lestari Island Resort. Once you arrive, enjoy a delightful welcome lunch that introduces you to the island’s flavors before checking in to your serene retreat. Spend the rest of the day at your leisure, exploring the resort’s natural beauty or simply unwinding, and then enjoy a sumptuous dinner as you settle into the island vibe.
Day 2: Culinary Delights and Seaside Romance
Wake up to a hearty breakfast at the Bayu Lestari Restaurant, setting the stage for a day filled with indulgence. Relish another delicious lunch amid the resort’s relaxed ambiance, then enjoy plenty of free time to explore or simply relax by the water. As the evening unfolds, experience a magical candlelit dinner by the beach—an intimate setting where the gentle glow of candles enhances the natural beauty of the ocean, creating unforgettable moments under the stars.
Day 3: Farewell with Fond Memories
Your final morning begins with a satisfying breakfast at the Bayu Lestari Restaurant, giving you a last taste of island life. After breakfast, check out and prepare for a seamless transfer back to the jetty. Enjoy a final scenic boat ride to Mersing Jetty, concluding your journey with cherished memories of a rejuvenating escape at Bayu Lestari Island Resort.
Sea Transfer Information
Guests are advised to arrive at Mersing Jetty at least 40 minutes before the scheduled departure time on the day of departure. Public parking is available at Mersing Jetty for your convenience. Please plan your journey accordingly to ensure a smooth boarding process.

Terms & Conditons
General Policy
The rates quoted are in Ringgit Malaysia (RM).
The room is subject to availability.
Reservation Policy
All confirmed reservations will be valid only by a written confirmation via email.
Guest are required to provide full name and NRIC in order to submit to the relevant Marine Authority.
Payment Policy
A 30% non-refundable booking deposit is required upon confirmation.
The balance payment (70%) must be made not later than 21 days before the arrival date. The reservation agent will send a reminder via email 1 week before the due date to make the balance payment.
Failure to do so, the reservation agent reserves the right to cancel your booking with full charge automatically.
Booking & Cancellation Policy
The resort does not accede to refunds in full or in part of any cancellation. Only change of booking date with no time limit is allowed and subject to room availability and current price.
No Show/Shorten Stay/Early Departure
Any no-show/shorten stay/early departure for any sort of reason shall be imposed a full amount of the total booking. Guests are not allowed to amend the booking if their scheduled arrival dates changed and the room was not occupied. Careful attention should be paid to avoid this situation.
Force Majure Policy
Pulaubesarjohor.com shall be relieved of its obligations hereunder in the event and to the extent its performance of this agreement is delayed or prevented in whole or in part by any cause beyond its control including, without limitation, acts of God, change of laws, war, civil, unrest, fire, flood, earthquake or explosion, sale, nationalization or expropriation of the hotel, necessary and essential construction to the hotel, world pandemic, and world lockdown, seizure of the hotel under legal process, strikes, lockouts or work stoppages or any other circumstances beyond the control of the hotel that makes impossible for the hotel to operate fully or partially.
